Grilled corn with chipotle butterLetssalsa
Snack/ side dish
- 2 corn on the cob
- 125 gr butter
- 5 sprigs of coriander
- 1 tbsp Roasted Chipotle hot sauce
- 1/2 lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, grated
- Pinch smoked paprika and chopped cilantro ( garnish)
Cook the corn on the cob as directed on the package.
Drain the corn on the cob and grill in the grill pan for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Soften the butter outside the refrigerator.
Chop the coriander and mix with the butter together with 1 tbsp roasted chipotle hot sauce
the lemon zest and juice and garlic. Season with salt.
Brush the corn cobs with chipotle butter before serving and sprinkle with some smoked paprika and chopped cilantro to garnish
