Mango chipotle hummusLetssalsa
- 400 grams chickpeas
- 1 fresh mango
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of tahini
- the juice of half a lemon
- 50 ml hot chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- splash of olive oil
- nigella seeds
- 1-2 tablespoon Roasted Chipotle hot sauce (depending on your heat rate)
Drain the chickpeas and put them in a bowl. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Keep some mango aside for garnish.
Add the tahini, lemon juice, chili sauce, roasted chipotle, curry powder and olive oil and squeeze the two garlic cloves.
Mix everything together with a blender and make it creamy.
Put the hummus in a bowl and pour a little chili sauce, roasted chipotle and sprinkle with some curry powder and nigella seeds.
