Spicy Shrimp Bao Buns With ChipotleLetssalsa

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 4 tbsp Roasted Chipotle hot sauce
- lime juice from half a lime
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 500 g of prawns, peeled
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the garlic. Add soy sauce, lime juice and the Roasted Chipotle hot sauce and stir well. Allow the mixture to cool and marinate the prawns in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Grill the marinated prawns all around until they have light pink in a grill pan on high heat.
Prepare the bao bun according to packaging and fill them with (optional) coleslaw, grilled prawns and fresh cilantro and serve with slices of lime.
