Salmon mini Tostada appetizerLetssalsa
Preparation time 25 mins
- 250 grams of salmon
- 2 pieces of passion fruit
- 4 radishes
- handful of dill
- 5 soft corn tortillas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Pepper and salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 °C, spray some oil on mini tortillas and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes-15 minutes until they are crispy. Get them out of the oven.
Cut the radishes into thin rounds and put them briefly in a bowl with white vinegar so that you get pickled radishes. Put aside in the fridge while you finish appetizers.
You need a kitchen ring or a small circle, the size of an egg cup, to get 3 round shapes from 1 tortilla. Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp of half a passion fruit.
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add half a passion fruit, sprinkle a little dill over it and stir the mixture briefly.
When the mini tostada has cooled, fill it with 1 tsp salmon and top with a little passion fruit and dill.
