Chipotle hummus
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes. Great as a spread for lunch of serve it with tortilla chips or flatbread.
Ingredients
- 1 can cooked chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp Roasted Chipotle hot sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until well blended in a food processor or blender.
Serve with parsley and chilli flakes on top.
Dip with naan bread.
Tip: would you like to serve it with tortilla chips?
Recipe Tortilla chips
Soft corn tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil
dash of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C, spray some oil on the fresh soft corn tortillas and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Bake in the oven until they are crispy (for 10-15 minutes). Get them out of the oven, break in pieces.
