Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
- 250 ml plant-based milk (almond milk or soy milk)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree ( 250 grams of pumpkin)
- 4 -6 tbsp Holy Black Bean hot sauce (depending on your heat and sweet rate)
- 1 cup of espresso
Garnish
- Cinnamon stick
- Whipped cream
Preparation
Roast pumpkin pieces at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
Mash the pumpkin in a blender together with the planted based milk and the Holy Black Bean hot sauce and mix until smooth. Meanwhile, make the coffee.
Divide the coffee between 2 glasses, add the pumpkin-milk mixture and top with some whipped cream. Drizzle with some of the Holy Black Bean.
