A bash of Nachos with Jackfruit

Make your own nachos like a true pro with the Nacho Problem Box

Ingredients

Tortilla chips

Filling

  • 1 jackfruit water canned 550 gram
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red smoked paprika powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Chipotle hot sauce
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese (shredded)

Topping

  • A hand full of black beans (drained)
  • A couple of cilantro straws (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 red chili (sliced into thin slices)
  • 3 tbsp Explosive Pineapple hot sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees celcius, spray some oil on tortillas and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes-15 minutes until they are crispy. Get them out of the oven, break into pieces and put them in an oven dish. Divide the cheese over the tortilla chips and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Drain, dry and shred jackfruit. Bake 1 onion finely chopped en 1 clove garlic in olive oil. Add jackfruit and smoked paprika powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding Roasted Chipotle hot sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Put the cooked jackfruit, the black beans, cilantro, red pepper and the Explosive Pineapple hot sauce over the grilled cheese and serve.
